We decided to make s'mores this weekend with them, but instead of using graham crackers, we used my gourmet chocolate chunk cookies and a chocolate-caramel square. And they were to DIE for. I always make marshmallows this time of year...Wow!! I always make marshmallows this time of year because they go so well in homemade hot chocolate, and they don't melt as fast as store bought ones, However, making them with a stout beer?
